Actually, I like it better the way it is now. It allows you to choose when you are going to the park and how many days you want, hopping or no hopping, water parks or no, etc. For families who do not value the hoppers or the plus options, they have the choice and just paying for the base. If I am staying for 7 night, and only plan on going into the park 5 of them, why should I be forced to pay for a 7 day hopper? Besides, if I want to have the days of my ticket match the days of my stay, I can do that, as well. Plus, think of those who go many times per year and have annual passes...but cannot do the dining plan unless they are booked on a package. They have paid over $400 for those annual passes...why should they be req'd. to fork over another couple hundred if they would like to be on the dining plan, too? Magic Your Way is what it is...Your Way, Your Choice. I do think they should make the dining plan more accesssible to guests who do not book a package or have annual passes. Just my opinion...
