I booked my room through AAA in January and have been watching ever since for deals. Well, in the last few days, the rates dropped. I tried to call my agent but she was off today, so I'll try again Monday. I book through AAA that serves PA, WV, KY, OH, & NY.

Example of the drop: my rate for 2 adults, one child for Dec 12 - 18, club level at PBH, was $315/night, now is $256 - that's a healthy $69/night drop.

I'd bet I'll end up with an even better rate before I'm there.

Hello, I am in the same AAA area you are in!!! That rate drop is great! We will be at PBH very soon June 9 and we can't wait!!!!!!!!! You might want to go to the Lowes web site and select your days on that site to see what it shows; you can even check AAA rates on that site. If you find the same rates then I would book through that site or call them directly. If you do this you can sign up for the Loews First program and get the perks that come with it. You can't get any Lowes First benefits (unless this has changed) when you book a package through AAA. I have found that booking room only is usually the best deal for my family. Do you have tickets yet? If not you can get them on line at Universal for $99.00 for seven days, 2 parks, unlimited!
I am sure you will have a great time...enjoy!!!!
