Hi. Our family was on 2/19-2/22 Wonder. I wanted to let all you AAA members know (if you haven't cruised yet) about the refillable soda mug AAA promises you when you book your cruise through them.
The AAA mug is NOT the same refillable mug that Disney sells. The Disney refillable mug is a really colorful mug with pictures of the boat (if I remember correctly), and it has a handy carrying strap. The AAA mug is blue and white (no strap) and doesn't even say Disney Cruise Line anywhere on it. All it says is "Compliments of Your AAA/CAA Travel Agent"
While it was nice to get the benefit of free soda (only used it 2x on 3 day cruise) & it is a functional mug, using the AAA mugs made us feel like 2nd class citizens. I swear we were the only 5 people on board with AAA mugs!!! Our AAA TA led us to believe that AAA would be providing us with the regular DCL mug. I wish I had known before. The main reason we booked with AAA was for the mugs but it's not really much of a perk or souvenir, IMHO.
