AAA For Hotel Stay Dec 09

I was just wondering, Could I wait till next year to get AAA for our trip in Dec 09? Or would it be better to go ahead and get AAA now at a discounted price so I can go ahead and make my reservations... My son has AAA and he can add me for $26. And I guess in Jan we would have to renew for $52? Does anyone know... I think even with this cost I would still save money on my trip....
Can anyone help me... THanks!!

I can't really give you an answer on whether or not the discount is worth it, I think it is worth it to have a TA working for me and to fix things if they go wrong so I don't have to deal with it.....

On a different note... we booked our Dec. '09 stay in Aug. '08 and we told her that we wanted a STD view at CSR. She told us that there were no more STD views left so we went with a water view.

I don't know if AAA only has so many rooms at their discounted rate, but I thought... WOW how can the STD view at CSR already be gone??? It is Aug 08?

My concnern would be waiting a few months to book.... not sure about availablity/view at the resort you might want via AAA.....

For room only rez, you can call either Disney or AAA. But sometimes you'll find more availability if you do it via AAA.

For packages, you have to go via AAA. But again, the number of rooms available under AAA is limited. If you pick a high season, they will probably be gone within the first few days that you can make a reservation.
