AAA Disney Package Discounts

Is this discount available only when booking directly with AAA? Or can it just be applied to your package regardless of how it is booked?

AAA members can book directly with Disney using a discount for a room-only reservation, when one is available.

AAA packages (room + tickets and dining if you want it) can only be booked by using AAA as your TA.
