AAA & Disney Magical Express

I was wondering if anyone else had encountered this....

I am heading to WDW on May 28th and, of course, haven't received my tags yet (still over 21 days out). However, I was looking over my reservation information, which I booked thru AAA, and noticed the Magical Express voucher. It only lists me (1 adult) on this AAA voucher and their are 4 adults. I called and a CM first told me that she couldn't access my reservation if it was booked by a TA (although I can view my reservation at disneyworld.com), and then she told me that the voucher would only show the "contact" persons name, but I would still get 2 tags for each adult.

Has anyone else noticed this?

I got my paperwork from AAA this week also, and I noticed that only one name was written in on the Magical Express voucher. So, I called Magical Express and asked them to check--we were all in there. Did not mention the the ME CM that I booked through a TA. Hope this helps. Everything was fine for our Magical Express reservation--we were all in the system!

I arrive on May 8, booked through a travel agent, haven't received my luggage tags yet, not exactly holding my breath at this point. I called DME last week to ask what was up. They had my reservation and my flight information in their computer. At least that didn't get messed up!

Thanks for the info! I guess I'll find out if/when the tags arrive (next week if they are on-schedule).

We booked through AAA and there is just one name, but it specifies ME transfer for 2 adults and 3 children. I haven't called to give ME our flight info yet, though--we don't go until the end of Nov. and I figure they have enough to deal with right now! I'll call in a month or so.
