AAA discounts

I know that I can book a room now for 2014, and then when 2014 rates come out, the reservation will be adjusted, but does anyone know if I can also apply the AAA discount now? Or are the AAA discounts not available until the new rates come out?

Not sure about 2014 but I got a room only AAA discount in May for our reservation in October, 2013.
Call Disney reservations and they can tell you for sure.

Not until the new rates come out. I've tried twice already for my 2014 half marathon rooms to try and use my AAA and they said not yet both times.

The CM I talked to today said they had the rates only through 9-30-13. We have reservations for the second week in December. He said I could go ahead and ask for the AAA rate now but it would be only a 10-18% discount on a Deluxe.

That there might be a better AAA rate than 10% for a deluxe in Oct? We are already booked but only got 10% and was hoping a better RO came out before the trip. We find RO are better for us than Free Dining. A better AAA RO would be great too!
