The hotel restaurants do not give AAA discounts, but most of the restaurants at City Walk and the parks do give them.

I don't think there's a "list" but 99% of them accept it....the hotels don't, but I'm pretty sure the rest do. Just show your card and ask anyway....the worst they can say is "no".....
