Ok, I know that this is kinda mean, but I don't have anything else to do at work at the moment.

I went to eBay and searched ("AAA Diamond" parking). I reported every item on that list. Only took about 10 minutes.

This is what I selected.

:thumbsup2 Report Item - Bottom of the listing

:thumbsup2 Counterfeit or copyright violations

:thumbsup2 Potential trademark infringement

:thumbsup2 Unauthorized or counterfeit trading cards

Item states the following "Item is NON transferable and VOID if sold" Selling item without RIGHTS

Ok Once again I was bored and am trying to do the right thing. Go ahead... BLAST away :confused3

Everyone needs a hobby!

More seriously, if someone gave me one of these for free, I might use it once or twice, but I couldn't see actually paying someone money for one. The trams aren't that annoying except at MK's close, and the Diamond lot in the TTC is just this side of Siberia.

I was picking up AAA passes to Universal today and asked for a Diamond Parking pass and they just gave me one. How much closer do you really get to park to the entrances?

I see ebay doing absolutely nothing about it.

I like your initiative, but I also suspect Ebay to not do much.

Sounds a lot like someone who wanted an AAA pass and couldn't get one through AAA, so now is mad b/c people are trying to charge for one on Ebay:rolleyes1

If not, I'd hate to think they had so much time and energy to search out "random" things on Ebay to submit for removal.....;)

Nothing like spending your free time making the world a better place for AAA parkers.

Actually I have an AAA Diamond pass since I booked via AAA.

Yes I do have a lot of time at work. Its called a recession.

To answer you patsgirl, Since when is doing the right thing have to affect me? :goodvibes

Not trying to be mean, just trying to look after the people that don't realize that they may spend money on this pass and get nothing in return. Especially since some of these items for sale are obviously fake, since they are in black and white. I realize that it is buyer beware, but if I can help other people, why wouldn't I. I don't need anything in return :cool1:

Have a great day :yay:

Um...there are digital versions of the passes that are e-mailed to members by their agents, these can then be printed on any printer.

Didn't realize that was an option, since my agent hand delivered them to me at work. Of course knowledge is a wonderful thing :lmao:

Thanks for the input :thumbsup2

Honestly, I would think that time reporting fraud to ebay would be better spent on reporting the fake ticket sales on there rather than the AAA passes (which my agent did e-mail me.) But that is just my opinion.

I don't see why anyone has a problem with the OP on this. The OP is free to choose to report it, or not, as s/he sees fit. I might choose differently, but this is one of those things about which reasonable peope can disagree.

I agree with Brian ! I once reported a seller for charging $14 shipping for a $2 Train magazine (not a collector item).

The OP is, of course, able to do almost anything they want to do with their own free time. However, it's interesting they chose to do something they themselves called "mean" and then post about it. What was the point?

And the OP said there was nothing to do at work. I'll bet the boss could find something for the OP to do rather than this .....

I don't think I'd take the time to do what the OP did BUT why stop with AAA Diamond Parking? Why not report fast pass sales? Disney tickets? SW credits? Mugs. EBay has taken the position SW credits can't be sold, although many auctions seem to go through.

I probably would have started by reported fast pass sales but I guess different people are bothered by different abuses.

It can take Ebay up to 3 -4 days to do something about reported items.

I have reported people for picture and description theft and that's what I've seen.

I can t believe that they are still selling fast passes!
That is just crazy!
I have bought a AAA pass ( but lost it previous before or trip s I wasted my money)
but this year we got one with our package!
