AAA Diamond parking pass

Just read the back of the AAA diamond parking pass and it says to give it to the auto plaza attendant. They guy at AAA told me it was good for the entire length of our trip. Is it really only good for one day? Are they going to take it or just look at it? We've never used it before and I don't want any surprises. The reason we bought the tickets through AAA was for this little perk!

Don't give - show. Make SURE you have it with you every time you pull away from the payment booth. You'll need it EACH day to be able to use the AAA parking.

Just read the back of the AAA diamond parking pass and it says to give it to the auto plaza attendant.

Typically, you can leave it on the dashboard (on the side of the car closest to the attendant's booth), and that will suffice.

However, the attendant may want to take a closer look at it (to make sure it's not a forgery or something dubious), but he/she will give it back to you.

When you get to the ticket booth you can ask which route to take to the AAA parking. It's different at each park. Sometimes you follow the blue line, other times the green line. At some point the parking people may wave you a different direction than the line....that's when you hold up your AAA parking pass to the windshield, they''ll see it and wave you the other way. Occaisionally they may tell you that it's already full for the day and have you park in regular parking. HTH
