AAA Buy one get one free code?

:) Oh, that is too funny Beach Girl. I'm glad she laughed too! She did seem like a really nice person when I spoke with her and the fact that she called me back in like 5 minutes was amazing! I didn't ask for a number of vouchers since I only need 2 tickets and 1 voucher will get me that. I was wondering if she was going to send 1 or 2 and just figured I give the extra to someone on the boards if I received more than I needed. If I do, I'll let you all know.
I love these boards and all the helpful people on them!! Without you all I wouldn't be able to visit the happiest place on earth so many times!! The tips, codes, advice, savings and helpful people are wonderful here!
Thank you!!!!!
Kim

Hmmm, I was so excited to get the great deal that I did not understand that I could only get 2 tickets with the code. There are 4 of us. I should have asked for 2 codes. :(

Tried calling today, got answering machine. I will call back tomorrow if they are open Sat. Can you get 2 coupon codes as we need 4 tickets or will she send only one.

I wasn't sure how many tickets I could order either. We have two cards, our daughter is away in college and I am going to try and call back and see if I can use her number. We need four also. I think my inlaws are members, if so, I can use theirs and would have one for some else. I'll see them next weekend, so I'll let everyone know if I end up with an extra.

mtblujeans,
When I spoke to MaryAnne yesterday, I explained also that I needed 4 tickets, and would this code allow me to purchase 2 of the buy one, get one free? She stated that it was limited to one per membership number. Are the code numbers on each flyer different to track that it has been used already by that member? Maybe someone who has already received a flyer can post & let us know. I'm hoping to call Monday with my co-worker's number which may allow me to purchase another set of tickets.

You're very welcome to all!!! I am only too happy to pass along any info on saving $$$$. I am still trying to track down numbers for people. My daughter's dance school is going down to dance at WDW and there are about 200 of us going. I would say about 27 of us have either gotten in the mail or found someone to give us a AAA Universal code. The rest who are members of AAA are mad that they didn't get a code and they pay the same dues as the rest of us. It really is unfair and confusing how they do this.

I actually paid $22 to have my four tickets shipped which I think is outrageous but I didn't know if I would get into trouble for using two different codes at the same name and address so I figured I would rather have the tickets in my hand and then they couldn't say anything to me.

NUHuskies - I'm sorry, I just saw the bottom of your post. Last summer was exciting wasn't it? Isn't that funny you met people from Boynton Beach. What are the odds!!! We were actually in PA the week before they went to Williamsport. I would have loved to have been at those games!

I caused such a scene at our AAA office in Saugus about the codes I don't know if I can ever go in there again!!!:D :D :D

I called yesterday and talked to Maryanne who is sending out my code also!

It is being sent to my granpa's house so I called him and made sure that he would be checking all his mail and not toss it thinking it was junk!

Would someone please post when they receive the code in the mail and what the envelope looks like.

I am in fear that he will not remember that I need that code!

Aryn

I guess 2 GREAT priced tickets are going to have to do it for us. My husband & I can't even think of another card holder we would feel comfortable asking the favor of using their card number for another discounted set of tickets. THANKS EVERYBODY!! :wave2:

It came in a white envelope with AAA on the return address

Has anyone had any problems purchasing their tickets once they received their discount code?

I made several phone calls and finally reached someone who was able to send me the code. However, when I try entering the code I get an error message saying the code is not valid.

I'm wondering if this has to do with which office my membership is registered out of.

When you buy the tickets online, if I remember correctly, they only ask for the first 6 digits of your number. So, why don't you order another under your name?

The flyer is mailed in a white AAA envelope with a St. Louis return address. My dad received his on Saturday after calling them Friday afternoon. Hopefully mine will arrive on Monday (we both live in STL as well and called Friday morning). Had I know that, I would have just driven up there to pick them up!

Also, if your code is not working, try the letter O instead of the number 0 (or vice versa).

Well I talked to maryanne and she could not send one to me because i was not in her AAA area, and that I would have to call the number on the back of my card to see if they are doing this promotion. Unfortunately when i called they had no idea what i was talking about. If anyone has an extra code that they are not going to use I would appreciate it greatly, PM me please.

Uh-oh, I wonder what that means. Someone had said they bought the tickets directly from Mary Ann on the phone. I wonder if that is the thing to try. Anybody have any ideas on this?

You can probably buy the normal 2 day + one day free pass from her individually at the normal price but not the two for one offer...that needs a code and can only be purchased online I'm guessing......maybe because of the amount of calls she's receiving they are clamping down on the rules and limiting them to specific regions.

Has anyone outside of the St. Louis area used these codes successfully? I am now worried that my code will not work because the AAA number will not be from that area.

My card is from TN.

Aryn,
I received my code in the mail from MaryAnne today & went on the site to try it (I don't want to order the tickets quite yet because we're still not sure if we're doing a trip in Nov.). It looked like it was going to allow the transaction after I entered my first 6 numbers of my AAA card & the code. Got to the order screen & backed out until we're sure we're going, so I think you'll be ok if you're not in the same area. As far as I know, I wouldn't think St. Louis is in my area either, being from Pittsburgh. Hope this helps! :D
