AAA and tickets

Yesterday I bought a couple of fun cards for Busch Gardens at my local AAA office. Today I realized that they don't include the Water Country fun card advertised on the website. I called BG who said it was a AAA problem. I called AAA who said they order through the BG website and they don't understand why I wouldn't get the same deal, they can't refund my money as per BG rules. Called BG back again, they can't give a refund because they can't even find my order plus I paid in cash, they directed me back to AAA. Any suggestions?

BG probably can't find your order because of the way that AAA purchases them ( using a travel agent site or other type of service). I would call back to AAA and try speaking with a manager. We had a slight issues with our Disney vacation and while they could not fix the mistake they made, they gave me a credit for the amount that the mistake cost. I would think someone along the line should be able to either fix this or offer something to make this right.

I agree. I can't see how bg could fix this but AAA should make this right.
