AAA and switching to 40% off later

I am planning to book my exntended family for a Nov. trip
First question: I know 2 of the 3 families are AAA Members, can we book the third family under the AAA discount? (looks like 20% off room)
We are going to book Carib. Beach for now, but we really want Beach Club. If we get a 40% code down the road, can we switch fomr the AAA to Disney, providing rooms are available?

If you made your reservation with a AAA agent, he/she will be the only ones who can change it to a public/DVR/PIN offer.

If you made it with Disney directly, you'll call them.

PP is correct, just call your AAA agent - give them your Pin Code, and they will apply it to your account. You can't stack the code with your AAA discount, you will get that in place of the AAA discount - but you will still get the 40% off room code if you are at the Deluxe (assuming that's the terms of the pin code). Just went through this discussion with my agent yesterday. You also have to make sure that the start date of your ressie doesn't fall within the black out dates of the code, but it can end within those dates.

I thought that I can only use a Pin with Disney directly? I booked a package (rooom and tickets) with AAA, utilizing my AAA discount. A few days later I received a Pin from Disney a few days later (used it for the 40% off a Deluxe). It was at night, and my AAA rep was gone, so I called Disney directly and gave them my Pin. I do have 2 open reservations right now, for the same time, one with AAA and one with Disney.

I'd rather book via AAA, but is my Pin alread used up? Any suggestions from you vets on how to proceed??

Thanks. But I already gve the PIN to Disney directly and had them make a reservation? I guess I will give it to my AAA agent and see what happens.
