AAA agent wrong about ADR's?

I booked thru AAA and she did not make my dining ressies, however, she did use my codes that I received for different promo's. Actually, I had 2 different ones, and she used the one that saved me the most money In fact, just today, she called to tell me that my tickets and all info would go in the mail in the morning!!!!!!! I should have them in my hands on Tuesday

Everyone has different opinions on whether to use a TA or not and each person has to choose based on what is best for them.

Absolutely, I agree. If you can find a good one and this type of planning works for you, by all means. I just see a lot of inexperienced WDW travellers relying on TAs and getting misinformation or missing out on a lot by not being well-educated by the TAs. If you do the planning yourself, you certainly learn a lot and have complete control. I'm not saying its wrong to use a TA. I just wouldn't personally recommend it, in general.
