Blackout Dates for 2007:
April 2-7 (9:00 am -5:00 pm on 7th) - Okay to enter the park after 5:00 pm on April 7 for Mardi Gras.
July 1-8
December 23-31

Blackout Dates for 2008:
January 1
March 17-23 (9:00 am - 5:00 pm on the 22nd)
June 29-July 6
December 21-31

I want to point out that you do not get free parking with the Power pass. The Preferred annual pass is more expensive but the renewal rate is only $99 so your only saving money the first year.
