AA out of JFK-Nov 2-9 Jersey week

We were thinking we might have to drive to FL this November because of high airfares, but happily we found great fares-$815 total for all 4 of us JFK-MCO.
I've never flown American before, how are they? Not that it matters, I guess, since I already booked. ;-)
We usually fly out if Newark-how is the long term parking situation at JFK? Any recommendations?

I haven't flown American, but we have been using Smartpark for years at JFK for parking.

Smartpark is also our favorite off site lot. I like that they use small buses and not cramped vans.

I've flown AA several times and never had complaints. I really don't think too much about the airline, though. As long as they get me there!

Just depends on timing really. Our upcoming trip is 6/24 to 7/1 and I got tix for $200. Last Feb. we also paid 200.00.

I just checked 3/31/13 to 4/7/13 and the cheapest was 280.00 to go in and out of the same airport ... JFK.

go to www.kayak.com and put in JFK for your airport, but check the "nearby airport box".
