Am I the only one who now understands why American Airlines is in the red?

Uuuum, crappy customer service to begin with!

First they tell you to book on line and call if you have problems. BUT if you call saying something went wrong. OOPS too bad! It’s already booked and your money is bye-bye!

And then different agent = different policy!

Agent #1- “Suuuuuuuure you can use your AA miles anytime, anywhere”.
Agent #2 - “I’m sorry that flight is full of AA passengers you’ll have to pay the full fare you booked on-line”. Do'oh!!!

Agent #1 – “Re-book within one year and it’s a $50 change fee”.
Agent #2 – “Nope…gotta be on the plane one year within booking”.
Agent #3 – “Naaaah, agent #2 is full of it. Just re-book”.
Supervisor – “Uuum they’re all wrong” Do'oh!!!!

:furious: :furious: :furious: :furious:

I'm taking Southwest from now on!
