& Some random news! Greg and I will be going to Mexico (Riviera Maya specifically) over Labor Day weekend for a quick 4 night stay at a beautiful all inclusive resort! I found a great deal on Travelocity. YAY!

& Some random news! Greg and I will be going to Mexico (Riviera Maya specifically) over Labor Day weekend for a quick 4 night stay at a beautiful all inclusive resort! I found a great deal on Travelocity. YAY!

I'm very excited to go and relax! I know that the media's been hyping up the safety issues with going to Mexico but I did research and more importantly spoke with 2 acquaintances (a neighbor and coworker) that went to Riviera Maya and they said they felt completely safe. We're staying at a resort that's part of a gated community as well, so it has that extra security measure. We can walk to a marina that has dolphins as well! It will get us all nice and rested up before our big 12 day adventure to Disney World!

I've recently taken the time to do a couple more creative things.

I've added a couple more pages to our 2010 Disney World Digital Scrapbook

I really enjoy digital scrapbooking but my biggest complaint is that the program requires so much memory that it doesn't run as quickly as I'd like it to!

The big project I've recently completed are our shirts for MNSSHP! I think they've turned our great and I'm afraid to add anything else to them as I don't want to ruin them!

P.S. I promise I resized them all to be smaller pictures and I rotated the ones that were on their side but for me it's showing some as screwed up. Darn you PB!

Day 7 Plans

(Wednesday October 5)

I have an ADR at Boma for breakfast. It is one of our favorite, if not THE favorite, breakfast restaurants on property!

Our plan is to head over to Animal Kingdom for the late morning/afternoon.

I kept our ADR at Liberty Tree Tavern for 1230 but I'm thinking we most likely won't keep it. As much as I want to eat here it's not seeming to fit in well enough to have it in our plans. Oh well, next time!

This evening we will have dinner at San Angel. YUM! We loved this meal last time.

Epcot has EMH this evening and we plan on taking advantage of it!

RL Update

This coming Tues AM I will have my kidney stone procedure and I am very nervous for it. It will be my first time under anesthesia. Luckily, it's not a very invasive procedure at all (they are shocking the stone with sound waves). Of course b/c my urologist is a tell it to you in the worst case scenario type of guy, I am also scared that something is going to go wrong. That's just who I am. Everyone tells me not to worry but that doesn't help me. I'm going to worry no matter what!

Next Friday is DH's birthday and we used our debit card reward points for $50 in GC to PF Changs and $30 for AMC theatres. I got him a Cubs shirt & chocolate bar, a Toy Story shirt (Little Green Aliens), a pin lanyard, a set of 25 pins (mostly to be used for trading), and a pin for every Disney resort we've stayed at together (Pop, GF, AS-Sports, and Port Orleans). I think he's going to love his gifts and be surprised by every one of them!

We leave for Mexico in a little over 3 weeks and I am very excited! I definitely need this trip after the endless doctor appointments and medical tests I've had done since the beginning of June.

As far as the trivia goes this is what I'm going to do. EVERYONE who participated is going to get Mousekeeping envelopes/holders from me! (If you choose not to participate that's okay as well.) So, if you would PM me your name, address, number of mousekeeping envelopes you'll need, and the approx. date of your trip I will get them to you! I've already started making some. They are really turning out cute!

Wow!! I get mousekeeping envelopes! You don't know how excited I am... especially since we usually stay offsite & don't need them (at least not fancy Disney ones)! I was going to make some for our BWV trip but I'll cross it off my to do list. I only need two since we rented DVC points - we'll get a "tidy up" sometime during our stay and then I'll need one for when we check out. I'll PM you my address. We'll be leaving on 11/5.

Awww, yay! Thank you! I can send you my address, but if you want, we can always meet up and you can give them to me in person That way, you wouldn't have to pay postage. We're not going until next year anyway (long story), so we've got time

Good luck with the procedure, don't worry, everything will be fine! I'm the same way, I always think the worst thing that can happen will happen. I feel like if they are telling me something horrible could happen, of course, it will happen to me!

Your DH sounds like he is going to have a great birthday! There is a Toy Story shirt with the aliens that I saw around here that I want to get for Brandon, it's probably the same one you got!

I will give you my address if you want to send me some of your envelopes, but I think I need a lot, and I don't want you to go crazy making me a million of them! Just send me like 2 or 3, so they postage isn't too crazy, and I'll make the rest!
