AHhhhhhh have fun at the show! I love, love, LOVE the Killers! We saw them at SNL rehearsals a few months ago and they were amazing live and really nice guys. TAKE VIDEO FOR US!!!!

That video reminds me of what our hallways and cafeteria are like all week, so my concert of choice for a Friday night would be more like something in the lullaby category.

But you have fun with all of that jumpin' around and rockin' out! I hope you have a great time!

As for Disney stuff - one year, ten months, and some days and counting! Do you have enough stickers for all those days? I might have to buy you some to contribute to the effort.

you mean brandon flowers walks around singing "mr. brightside" in your hallways?????? um....when can i enroll?

oh, we won't be jumping around too much. the venue we're at has seats. i'm sure the one in that video was first come/first serve, so you had a crowd of madness near the stage. i will of course be bouncing and cheering and singing, but in my own seat.

i think i'll wait until 100 days like jenny (rentayenta)!

we're on to day 2!

today was our DHS day. we woke up around 8:30, ate breakfast and got ready to go! i had seen in someone's TR where tinker bell had visted good little boys and girls while they were at disney world (thanks, jen!) so i had told anna about it and she used this to "motivate" luke and his behavior. he had recently seen the tink movie so anna told him that the tinker fairies might visit him if he was on his best behavior. low and behold, the tinker faires did come! see the green pixie dust?

did someone say bed head???

i checked the temperature just before we left and it was 40 degrees. WHAT???? i thought we were in florida!

so off we went to DHS. as we came into the parking lot, i noticed that we were parking WAY further away than i ever had. i was hoping it was just a different parking arrangement or something. we parked the car, bundled up and headed to the tram from the parking lot.

once we sat down on the tram, that cold air hit us and we realized how COLD it really was! it was HORRIBLE!

when the tram took off ray and i just huddled together and started cracking up laughing. i mean....we're in florida.....RIGHT?????

we finally made it off the coldest, longest tram ride in history and headed towards the park. the pretty christmas tree outside!

i was REALLY looking forward to these!

you can see how cloudy it was.....just a very cold, GRAY morning.

once we got up to the turnstyles, my mouth dropped open. LOOK AT THOSE CROWDS!!!!!!

in all the times i've been to DHS i've just walked up to the turnstyles. i've never had to wait. not a good sign.

we finally made it through and into the park! pretty cool that you can see the back of my tink hoodie - i never get a picture of the back.

anna's first look down hollywood boulevard. see me looking back at her? i felt like i was doing this the ENTIRE trip! i'm sure they got tired of looking at the back of our heads.

as we were walking the high school musical set came rolling by...

luke's like, "what is that?" he's not into high school musical (yet).

we stopped to take some photopass pics.....

chris was standing behind the photopass guy making faces so ray was laughing at him here....

and anna took this. i don't know what in the heck ray is doing but when i saw this i lost it!!!!!

then it was anna, chris and luke's turn. now before we go on, i have to ask you guys to scroll back up to the picture right above the last one, the photopass pic of me and ray with our arms out. see the man to the right of me? yeah. after that picture he walked up and tried to get in front of anna, etc. to get his picture made. only he didn't say anything....he just walked up....AND STOOD THERE.....with this blank look on his face. we were like, "what is he doing?????" but obviously he was a big guy so nobody exactly jumped down his throat. the photopass guy just sort of adjusted where he was standing to take the picture. the rest of the trip every time we'd be having our picture made ray would imitate him by standing to the side with this dumb look on his face.

i decided we need to remember him in a very special way.....

okay, on to anna, etc.'s photopass pics....

after this we split up. this is the first day that we were split up for periods of time throughout the day. i think what i'll do is update you on what anna, chris and luke did, then tell you what ray and i were doing at the same time, k?

anna, etc. headed towards the hat because they wanted to look around the little store underneath there.

luke had seen a plush pluto that he didn't stop talking about the entire day before. they had one here too so they got it for him. as you can see, he was REALLY excited!

after that they hopped in line to meet goofy and pluto. waiting to meet the first characters of the trip!

i love these pictures!

anna thought this photopass graphic was appropriate for chris and pluto's picture.

this is one of my favorites! i love how pluto is holding.....himself and goofy is laughing about it.

after that they headed down sunset to meet ray and i at tower of terror. they saw this guy on the way. i have no idea what he's doing but i'm sure it was funny!

they stopped on the way for some photopass pics. i don't think they realized luke's eyes were closed in these pictures until they saw them online. that crazy kid!

so back to ray and i......

when we split up ray and i headed straight to TSM to get fastpasses. it was madness over there! the fastpass lines were all long so we just hopped in one. well, the machine in our line decided to break down, so we got in another line and waited awhile, only to realize the line wasn't moving and that machine was broken too. there was a poor CM there trying to fix them all and they were ALL breaking! i felt bad for her. anyway, i can't remember how long we waited but it was awhile. we finally got fastpasses and the return time wasn't until 5:50. crazy! i'm just glad we got some.

we then headed over to tower of terror. we were both itching to ride! on the way we saw goofy and pluto and i called anna to tell her they were out there because i knew that luke was on a pluto kick.

heading towards my favorite ride! i love the tinsel stars.

the wait was 20 minutes. it could've been longer - i'm not sure. i know we only waited about 20 minutes. i love this queue!

there was a poor girl in front of me in line who was wearing very short shorts and flip flops. you could see the goose bumps on her legs! luckily she had a sweatshirt on but i couldn't believe she was wearing those shorts. we started talking at some point and she said she was from canada. i was like, "oh, then this probably isn't that cold for you, huh?" she goes, "no, but we were expecting to be much warmer!" she had never ridden ToT and was really scared. i told her i love this ride and i hate it at the same time, but that it's my favorite and i wish i could ride it every day! she thought that was funny and i think it eased her fear a little bit.

i called anna during the ride (knowing she was heading that way to meet us) and ray recorded the whole thing on his iphone. it was an awesome ride! once again, i lost track of how many times we dropped.

here's my horrible redneck pic. i couldn't get it to focus really well. we're in the front row on the left side. you can see the scared canadian girl next to me with the blonde hair. she looked at me when it was over and said, "i loved it....and hated it....just like you said!"

unfortunately, ray had to reformat his iphone right after our trip and he lost the video of the ride.

up next.......will anna chicken out??? will luke ride??? you'll have to wait and see!

Oh, and guess what tomorrow is!!!!!!! I am getting excited!! Hopefully, I will get to see you! We are going to eat dinner at Dante's down the hatch before we get there.

Oh My Gosh, I was laughing so much during this update! First that photopass of the big guy at the beginning I was literally rolling laughing at that! Then Anna's border/caption thing on the one of Chris and Pluto! Holy moly I was dyinggg

Anyway, I can't believe how cold it was!! It was almost 40 degrees here today and I'm in NY! Crazy. At least you guys didn't let it ruin your time!

I noticed that guy in the very first picture. What the HECK??????? All I can say is that maybe he really had no idea he was in your picture? Hard to believe it though. But it does make the picture funny.

How cute that Tinkerbell came to visit Luke thanks to his good behavior. Green pixie dust and all! What a great idea!

Luke's face in the parking lot with his hat and gloves on is priceless. He's like "dude... why is it so cold?"

Yikes- those crowds are scary. I think that TSM has really added to the opening crowds.

That guy at photopass is funny!

Love how excited Luke was with plush Pluto and adorable when he got to meet the real Pluto and Goofy. on the we're engaged photo!

Loved the update! All of your photopass pics are great, my favorite being the "We're Engaged" one That was halarious! Luke looked so excited to get his pluto - funny, our Luke picked one out on our first trip too, it's a bigger one but he still has it.
Glad you got Toy Story FP's. that ride is insane, I hope it dies down soon, it's impossible to ride if you get to the parks later in the day. Can't wait to see your Osborne lights pics, I want to go there so badly during that time of year.
