Finally hit the gym last night after not going for a couple of weeks and weighed myself and still EXACTLY the same as when I started this Journal in early June.

ARGH!!!!
Geez. And that with even all the miles of walking up and down hills on vacation a couple of weeks ago. It was San Fran, so you
KNOW there were hills. I didn't take public transportation anywhere, other than 2 late night cabs back to the hotel.
When I came back from vaca, I saw my doc to get the results of my physical, bloodwork, the whole drill. The doc even wants me to loose a few pounds before they will redo my bloodwork.

Thanks, like I already didn't know that.
I explained my plateau situation (see first post) and he sort of dismissed it and told me to cut out meat (I assume red, not lean), cheese and fat. Except, I already did that quite some time ago and kinda just shrugged. I don't think he believed me.
Annoying! And very frustrating. I don't think he's

very well.
I'm not entirely sure what I will do, but I'll continue on with eating more salad than chicken and see what that does. I couldn't wait to get out of the office; as soon as I arrive, I want to leave! LOL!!
Anyway, at the gym last night:
- 45 minutes on the treadmill (3 miles) alternating running and walking and changing the incline.
- 20 minutes (2 miles) on the glute/cardio machine thingie, going forward and backward for 5 minutes internvals.
For Food:
lunch - cottage cheese with pineapple, box 'o raisins.
apple on the way to the gym
dinner - big ol salad with romaine and spinach, chicken, pineapple, almonds with fat free italian dressing and crystal light drink
I'm going to try to maintain focus, but it is such a letdown not to see ANY results at all!

I know I'm a bit stressed, so I'm wondering whether there's any physical reason, which, of course, stresses me a little more.
On the bright side, I still have my trip in December, my PTR link is in my sig. So, that, at least, alleviates all the other stuff.
Thanks for reading! If anyone is actually out there!
