Welcome to my trip report and thanks for dropping by!

The cast of characters for this trip were myself, DW, DD6, DS3, and DFIL. It was a more abbreviated trip compared to our last one in April. Honestly, I don't think we could ever top that trip in terms of all the things we got to experience including staying at the Poly. But we had another magical trip and I can't wait to start sharing the details with you!

How do you post pics from your iPhone?

You'll need to download two apps for your iPhone. One for DISboards, and one for Photobucket (at least that's the photo site I usually use when I post on DIS).

I can upload pictures to my Photobucket account/album from my phone using the Photobucket app. Once the pictures are uploaded and visible in my album, using the app I can copy the direct link to the picture.

Then I open the DIS app, find my thread, and post the picture (there's an image button from one of the dropdown menus) by pasting the copied link.

Thanks I was trying to the other day but the reviews for photo bucket said the last update messed up the app so I didn't try. I will try it out.

Finished my clinic for the day - will be heading home to pick up the kids and then on to the airport!!

I'm along for the ride - but I leave on Saturday so we'll be down there the same time! Taking the Auto Train and arriving on Sunday! Weather looks fabulous - especially after the cold this week! I'm in NoVA as well!

Just my daughter and I - she's my normal traveling companion - 23 and working so this is her first vacation on about 15 months - she's very ready - I keep telling her welcome to the real world!

Welcome!! We want to try the Auto Train for one of our trips in the future. Yes, the weather looks great in Orlando as it stands right now. Can't wait to escape the cold and the snow! Hope you have a great time on your trip!

Hi there! We are also going Jan 25-30...also because of the break we noticed on the school calendar...we booked in July. I saw that you changed flights to tonight...we are still set to fly out of BWI at 2:40 tomorrow....really stressed about it. And we were going to fly out at 11-ish but my girls (in 8th grade) had some tests going on this week, so we bumped our flight to 2:40 last week so they could go to school tomorrow (at a cost of $450 ). Well, safe travels and happy trip. I look forward to reading your TR (and the TR of another Dis'er from around my neck of the woods who is also going for the long weekend...Kittylady1972). My PTR will lead into my TR and is on the DVC TR page...we will be at BCV for the very 1st time. So, here's to us...off to better weather...may we all get there safely and w/out delay

Hi! Hope you have a fun trip as well! I think your flight will be okay. Was just listening to news radio and they are predicting the snow will start sometime between 2-3pm.
