A Wigdout trip report, DISmeets, Flashing Jelly Rings and Manpris, Oh MY!

167.jpg

this picture is wonderful! I don't think I've ever seen anyone take this angle

do you think Baylor looks a little embarrassed? I fear this may be his last time to get up and join the fun!

Remind me how old Baylor is. I am desperate to get Patrick back to WDW while he is still young enough to enjoy all these little things

Crystal Palace is so pretty! Every time I see pictures I just say "ohhhhhh!" "ahhhhhh!" LOL

Great shot of the ceiling! But looking at it made me a feel dizzy!!! LOL

JUST love those pictures of the Crystal Palace and the MK without the crowds!!! *sigh* I have never done the pre-rope drop breakfast IN the park... only CP late morning, which always works for us since we love brunch, and are not big "early" breakfast eaters... BUT, I have to try this one trip! :goodvibes Is this the breakfast that CP and co were supposed to join you for?? :rolleyes1
Looking forward to seeing the stampede from the OTHER side!!!

Thanks for the update. I love this picture of the crystal palace ceiling. Oh ..... and I love the crystal palace..... especially breakfast. Now I will have visions of the breakfast pizza all day.
That ceiling picture is another of my favorites from the trip, looking at all of that food last night made me want to do a late night breakfast run!

It's so nice to get in the park so early before opening. I hope you get that special picture on Dumbo!
I just love that early morning peaceful time in the park. We'll just see about that Dumbo picture in the next update.....

I woke up super early this morning and was just uploading some old pics of my kids at the CP when they were Baylor's age. It's so fun to see the difference between now (total teenagers) and then (pre-teens but still little boys).
Isn't it neat to see how they have grown? When I look back at the pictures of Baylor on his first trip (he was 7) and then the pictures of our last trip and he has changed a lot too!:goodvibes

I love CP for breakfast and an empty MK.

It was nothing short of lovely and magical!
:tinker:

Oh, I love your pictures from the Crystal Palace -- so pretty inside and the food looks scrumptious! What was I thinking???
Well it was an early wake up, so I totally understand letting the kids sleep in. I guess you should have come on over and met us all by yourself..... Oh but you would have been in even bigger trouble from Connor.:rolleyes1

Thank you, I really like it too, especially with that beautiful sky!

Baylor is 10 and will be 11 in November. How old is Patrick?

Since she hasn't lost a tooth at school (yet!) I have no idea!
Now I'm curious, could you check with your school nurse for me....:rolleyes1

The Crystal Palace is very pretty and you know when I was scrolling through the pictures it made me a little dizzy too. I laughed when I read that!
FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUny!!!!!!!! :rotfl:
Let's see how long this goes on until the pressure to turn them over to the tooth fairy occurs!:rotfl:

You really should try this as least once, you won't be disappointed and you might even get hooked on an empty Magic Kingdom and some of the great photo opportunities it allows!

Uh yes :sad2: but let's not rub salt into that wound.....
:rolleyes1

Ohhhh, it wasn't pretty, not pretty at all.......

Even though I am up to my ears in grading, we have decided to take a little road trip to the Kansas State Fair today. It's just about an hour away from here and it opened yesterday. It will be fun to preview it before we take 60 second graders, plus about 30 parents, and 6 staff members next week.

I love your CP photos...it is sooooo pretty in there...

I'm just going to have to have to suck up my irrational fear of the costumed Piglet...and be a big girl...so we can have breakfast there...the food looks yum...(maybe I can ask them keep him away from my table or better yet...when I see him coming-I can go back and hit the buffet...:lmao:)

He turned 8 in June. I'm not sure when we will go back. I was hoping to do a mom and son trip in the spring but I am out of a job right now so that is in serious doubt. I am definitely counting on a trip in Nov 2011 for my 40th birthday (he would be 10 at that time) but since we are also an education family, you know how tricky that can be! I don't know if we will manage a family trip or not.

Patrick is pretty stubborn when he makes up his mind so I suspect he will actually follow through on waiting until all the teeth come out!

Anita oh how I'm wishing I was with you!!! I miss those days! I have some great memories of the Kansas State Fair and really loved going!!! I hope you guys had a great time!!!!! Okay I have to admit though the thought of taking 60 kids there....:scared1:

Loved the Crystal Palace update!! I really enjoyed eating there in January the food was great and I love me some Pooh characters!!! You took some really good photos of the restaurant you are so creative!!!

I really can't wait to see your Dumbo pictures!! I have to agree Leslie's Dumbo picture is amazing and pure Disney magic radiates from that photo!!!! I hope you were able to get one just like it!!!

Oh, your Crystal Palace pictures are fabulous! I love the one looking up, so pretty. Makes me want to be there RIGHT NOW.

Don't take too long for the next update....I want to see the Dumbo picture!

How on earth do you send out progress reports when you haven't had a chance to teach anything? Maybe just comment on behavior....

I couldn't tell you. I better come up with something between now and tomorrow, though. I have to fill them out tomorrow and send them out Wednesday. I want to write, 'Your child has done nothing but busy work for two weeks while we have taken one child at a time into a corner and done some ridiculous amount of testing', but I probably won't. ;)

This is great! They look like real buddies.

Crystal Palace is so pretty. Brooklynn and I sat and looked at your pictures together yesterday and talked about when we were there just a short time ago. We've got to get there for breakfast sometime, though. It looks good.

Mmm mmm mmmm! Thanks for the breakfast pictures! :thumbsup2 I just checked my iphone app for dining and my ressie there is Oct 8th at 8:05 :rotfl: I have turned into uber geek with my iphone Disney apps!

I just got back from my weekend trip to Disney - your CP pictures are beautiful!
