A weird problem

Well it isn't unusual for people of opposite ages to get married. A good friend of mine, his older sister married a guy twice her age (close to her father's age). But they're both a happy couple. And he's made a great step-dad to her first child. In fact, the son thinks he's his real dad since the guy has been in his life since early on.

But it does make things akward when he's your son's friend. But every one has hormones... and I doubt few can control what they do to us on the inside.

Dear Penthouse,

No one was more suprised that I was, when she.......

wait a second.......

this is the DIS!!!!!

not a forum.

OR is it?

hehehehehhehehee

23 year old boy.............no worries...........he probably has the same dream about you :thumbsup2

Its only when men get to that dangerous middle age when they start to chase college girls..............

..........ima going now before I get sucked in any further:lmao:

"If I could read your mind
What a tale your thoughts could tell
Just like a paperback novel
The kind that drugstores sell"

[Gordon Lightfoot]

I thought those lyrics were apt. Lol!

Honestly, if we were all held accountable for our thoughts and dreams, half the world would be behind bars and no-one would be talking to anyone else. :lmao:

Last night I had a very sensual dream...about my 23yo son's best friend. I'm 52:upsidedow I rarely have these kinds of dreams anymore(sad, isn't it:guilty:) To make matters worse, this boy lives with us. I can hardly look him in the eye! Ack! what's wrong with me??

Gee Minkydog, it's really hard to assess this unless you give us ALL the details of what took place in that dream. Every last detail......;)

Where's that DIS'er who is writing the romance novel? Maybe she could talk with Minkydog to get some ideas for her novel. ;)

How are the two scenarios different????

:lmao:

It's normal. You don't have a problem with the dream, your problem is how to not overheat when you are around him. I suggest dark, dark sunglasses. ;) That way he won't know when you're looking at him. :rotfl:

A couple weeks ago, you told us about taking back in your former foster son - who was 23. If this young man is your foster son, that you raised for many years in your home - well, yes I find it wrong.

To have sexual feelings for someone your raised as your child is not normal in my opinion.

Good Lord, it was a DREAM. She didn't say she was having fantasies about the kid. People can't help what they dream. I've had crazy sexual dreams about all kinds of people that I would never have an interest in. I've also dreamed I killed people, and totally felt exactly how it felt when I pulled the trigger. That didn't mean I wanted to kill anyone. I have several, very vivid dreams every night and I can remember many of them in colorful detail . I'm always telling my DH about some extremely vivid, CRAZY dream I had the night before. We get a good laugh out of it. He never remembers his dreams, but my dreams are extremely detailed.

Minkydog, I wouldn't worry about it. The dream didn't mean anything. It would make me uncomfortable to look at the kid after having the dream about him, but you'll forget it in a few days.

I found this:
Identifying the 'who' or 'what' that has generated discomfort is an important first step. Was it a boss, co-worker, friend? Someone much older or younger than you with whom you have an affectionate, but platonic relationship? Or was it the nature of the encounter - coerced, cheating, public, or whatever - that is the most distinct feature of the dream? Who was forcing whom? Was it a stranger who reminded you of someone you know? Representation and displacement relationships are often components of sexual dreaming.

Some of these dreams indicate our own ambivalence about taboos. There is, after all, something exciting about what is forbidden. In other cases, we are expressing our own frustration with a sex life that is not satisfying. Still other times, others have violated our boundaries and we respond by thinking they have taken unmerited favours from us.

Coo coo cachoo Mrs. Robinson....;)

Seriously, I wouldn't think twice about it. Dreams are strange and they subconscious's way of working things out. I've had strange dreams about people where I think to myself "Where the heck did that come from????".

Then he starts laying it on thick:idea: and I realize he's hitting on me:laughing: I show him my rings and he says, "It doesn't matter to him" and puts his hand on my back.

What do guys think is remotely attractive about this? I have heard it many times before, too. The only thing I can ever think is even if I had been interested, that would blow the deal. My favorite pick-up line was the Sugar Daddy who wanted to take me to Key West for the weekend... whateva! :rotfl:

I had a doc at work tell me he'd take me out to dinner but only if I took off my wedding ring.

I told him the ring wasn't what made me married...
