Seven days until I am in WDW...I have a week of rehearsals, work, and other various activies that force to me take my mind off of the Mouse and at this point, I don't think I can handle it! haha. I've been away at college this past year while my family continued to plan through it so I was not home for that and even still, there isn't much I can do now that I am home to get "excited" for it since my time is spent at work! Bleh! Truly this is annoying as heck!

When I'm not working, I'm listening to Disney music and DIS'ing...hoping it will cure my Disney cravings - but it only makes me REALLY not want to go into work...lol. I think I am slowly losing my mind! Heh. I work at Six Flags as a ride operator and sometimes, I'll imagine that I am checking the restraints on a Disney ride and that helps a little bit, lol, but does anyone have any other ideas that could help me get through the days while satisfying my Disney cravings?? lol.

Watch at least one classic Disney movie everyday.

That's so cool!!!

When I have a week left until my trip to Disney, I:
-make a friendship bracelet everyday
-color a page in my HUGE Disney floor pad coloring book
-compulsively Dis
-research little tips about DisneyWorld that I didn't know
-try to memorize where the Hidden Mickeys are so I can spot one
-one time I called the number of my resort and told the person that answered the phone that I was leaving in like 4 days! We talked for like 5 minutes. lol
-I get ALL of my disney clothes out of my closet and make my outfits
-I go on facebook and brag to my friends
-and just a bunch of little things to keep me occupied
-oh yeah, and I watch classic Disney movies like Cinderella, and Snow White, and Lady & The Tramp to get myself extra excited

but I would highly suggest calling some Disney number, its veryyy amusing and the people that talk to you are so nice! lol

HAVE FUN!!! I'm super jealous. lol, give Mickey a kiss for me! :lovestruc

heh, tell everyone to have a magical day xD

I suggest that you sniff some Mickey soap.
Or am I the only crazy person who actually refuses to use the soap they give you at Disney and keeps it in their room?

NO, I do that too!!! Except, I keep it in the bathroom, in my drawer and no one is allowed to touch it. I have like 30 bars. lol

Hahah no we stock up on mickey shampoo's and stuff while we are there and sometimes as a treat I'll use them here at home to get me in a Disney mood.

Haha, I used to keep a wrapped bar of mickey soap in my purse to make it smell like that. I don't anymore because the soap is wrapped in plastic instead of paper so you can't really smell through it. :\

I listen to Disney music and Disney movies the few weeks before. It really helps. :)

Hope you have loads of fun!

I never thought of doing that. I don't have any shampoos though. =(
I might be going in November so I'll have to stock up if I go.

I refuse to use mine xD
I don't know when I'm going back, so I'm afraid I won't have any for a long time to sniff if I use them.

Those are great ideas! Sadly, I don't think I have time to do half those things, lol. But as for the one I left quoted, lol...what do you exactly do?? Just call random numbers at Disney and chat with them?? lol. I don't think I'e heard of this before heh.

And I will definitely give Mickey a kiss for you! ;)

If I could, I totally would! The fact that I'm working two jobs (Ride Op. by day, music director by night! haha) makes it impossible for me to watch movies. :( But that doesn't me from quoting them! teehee!

That is WAY better than "Have a thrilling day!" I refuse to tell people to have a "thrilling" day simply because they overuse that phrase like's it's their job there! (and for some, it is haha). Also...funny story, I started to tell someone to have a magical day but quickly remembered where I was and stopped myself haha. I was checking the restraint for a guest and she had on a Disney shirt (so many people with Disney items at Six Flags!) and so I always smile extra big for those people - hahaha. I was at the operator's booth about ready to begin the ride once and this mother and her son began singing the "Tiki Tiki Room" and I was *this* close to singing along with them! haha.

Our bathrooms are filled with Disney soaps! I love it! lol. The old paper wrapped ones are still in one of the bathrooms and whenever we open that drawer, the smell is released and it's wonderful! haha.

Omg I've been listening to Disney music like whoa! lol That Soarin' music, really got to me this morning! lol.

We are staying at the Grand Floridian. I'm meeting up with some friends on Sunday, the 27th. If you're around then, shoot me a PM and we can probably work something out. Any other day wouldn't work for me as we travel hardcore, haha, leaving not much extra time in our schedule :upsidedow
