Just a reminder to always save your cancellation number.
I cancelled a holiday reservation a 2 months ago and was charged for the stay anyway.
I knew who I had spoken with but she never gave me a #....and......since
I don't have that magic number I don't get a refund. The charged me a no show
fee anyway.
I pleaded and told them I even knew whom I had talked to...all the way to the
manager they all said no.
I even told them I was a DIS member.....
......with 26k friends....that did
little good either.
So be careful........they definately don't put the customers first.
