I agree with you on the 3 oz. rule. I could pack for this trip in only a carry-on, but because of the 3 oz. rule, I will have to add a checked bag.

{{{deep sigh}}} I got a bluetooth thing for my ear. Sounds painful doesn't it?!?!?!?!? I had to have someone at work help me get it "enabled"...it happened to be the hunk from another department...I didn't plan that, so don't jude me!!! But I just couldn't resist (after he "enabled" my evil bluetooth) to ask him how it feels to be an "enabler".

I have in the meantime between dealing with the Evil Bluetooth and flirting (just a tiny bit...cause I AM MARRIED!!!! ) with the Hunk From Another Department, I have solved (at least for the moment) my 3oz Airline Dilemma. Cue {{{Evil Laugh & Wringing of Hands}}}

I figure I can get some of those 3oz bottle packs that are now being sold just about everywhere for MY carryon, DH's carryon, and DD6.5's carryon. Now don't carryon like that...it really is no big deal!!! (couldn't resist a little "carryon" humor!!!!!!!!). That way, we can each take a mini tube of toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner (would be just for me cause they don't use it), sunscreen and any other liquid I deem necessary to the fiber of my being! So my way of "handling the new airline restrictions" is to fob off my extras on my child and husband!!! Brilliant I know!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have not had an opportunity to call WDW again about a later ADR for Sci Fi (remember BUSY...Evil Bluetooth and Hunk From Another Department...I have priorities ya know!?!?!). I'm not even sure they would be open past 9pm. We could always just go for a swim and something from PoP's foodcourt. Or maybe we could head on over to MK and get a burger at Plaza Restaurant and enjoy fireworks. Yeah, I'm always thinking!!!

Will I get a LATE ADR for Sci Fi?

Will my WDW Reservation show my Magical Express information?

I wish I could tell you.. but I havent been back to CT in 30 years.. My uncle lives in Bethlehem.. Im sure you know if its NW, NE, South.. cause I have NO clue..

Im excited to be going to NYC for a few days.. We even got some tickets to the Yankee vs Red Sox game which DS14 is thrilled about.. hes a huge NYY fan!

Haha. Awesome that you found a way around it! I did that on our last trip. All DBF needed was toothpaste and shampoo, so I filled up both our bags with all my stuff!
