My doorbell just rang and I was cursing as I am still in my jim-jams so I quickly threw my dressing-gown on to look half-decent and not give the postman a fright

and look what was inside the parcel he gave me

Whoever sent it obviously wants to remain anonymous as there is no note nor indication as to where it was sent from so I will respect that but you are very very very very naughty because

a) I would have liked to reimburse you

and

b) I would have liked everyone else to have known how kind you are.
