HI BECKY!! SO glad we are both back I think you know what is best for you and your family. I know it was hard, but you are obviously very happy with your new church. We had the same issue moving Abby to her new school. God moves us to do things in our lives that are all for the best. Can't wait for your post tonight! I want to get another one up too. EXCITING

HI KATIE!!!! Hee hee--me too!! Glad we are both back!! You are exactly right! He sure does! And everyone else may not understand, unfortunately. Yet it's so important to follow what He tells us to do! It's comforting knowing that we did the right thing--the peace He gives us is incredible! Sorry I wasn't able to post last night! We didn't get back from the scholarship banquet until around midnight!! I was exhausted!! Will update today!!

So much to comment on, Becky. I'm glad you guys found a new church that works for you. I love the back to school and birthday pictures. The girls are getting so big! I love, love, love the Tinkerbelle party. So creative as always.

I got all caught up with this PTR!!! Yay...truthfully I've been following along on FB, but nothing beats the good ole' DIS!!! Can't believe how close your trip is getting!!! I can't wait to read more about this trip...our family is hoping one day to stay at the WL at christmas time...so it will be neat to see it in your TR!!!

Oh good!! I'm glad you're passing on her name! I refer her to everyone I know who is taking a Disney trip! I think Angela provides a lot of magic that many travel agents don't provide--goodies before the trip, laminated ADR lists, laminated park graphs (best things to do when), and a "happy" waiting for you when you get to your resort!! LOVE her! I'm sure she appreciates your refferals!!

Before I do an update on my trip planning I have a few more things I wanted to tell you about! I can't believe that I forgot to include this in my update yesterday! Claire hit a HUGE milestone in mid-September!! She pretty much decided that she was going to use the potty and she hasn't looked back since! It had been such a struggle trying to potty train her this past year and I just had to wait until SHE decided that she wanted to do it! Sooo exciting!! No more diapers for our family! YAY!!

September 24th we took the girls to Disney on Ice! It was the "Let's Celebrate" show and it was absolutely incredible!! One of the best DOI shows we've seen yet! We went with a good friend of mine, her hubby, and her 2 girls. Here are some pics from the show:

Since I am the room mom for Ally's class I was in charge of putting together a basket for our school's silent auction. I had to come up with the theme and then get donations for the basket. I chose the theme "All Things Disney" and had a GREAT time putting the basket together! I loved the basket so much that I ended up bidding on it and winning the basket!! This week is our Fall Break and we've had workers in our house all week! We are finishing out our playroom upstairs!! I am sooo excited and can't wait to have everything completed! It should take approximately 3 weeks! Here are some before pics (will post more as more gets done):

The workers have finished all of the framing and will complete the heating/air, electrical, and insulation by the weekend. Drywall will be completed on Tuesday of next week!

Last night we went to a scholarship banquet for my alma mater, Union University. My dad buys a table each year which includes dinner and a meet-and-greet and pictures with the speaker. The speaker this year was Laura Bush and she was incredible!! She was so down-to-earth and she spoke from her heart. I thoroughly enjoyed listening to her speak!! After her speech we got to meet her and take a picture with her (will receive the pic in a few weeks). Here are just a few pics that I took last night:

Hurray for Claire being potty-trained! Isn't it wonderful???

The girls are so cute in their dresses for Disney on Ice, and I am in love with the Disney basket you put together! I totally would have had to bid on it, too!

I have two more days of fall break and then the weekend. Whenever I come down from my Disney trip high and get the house completely back in order, I have to think about finishing up just a little dab of schoolwork before we get back.
