A Very Chit-Chat Thread

It would either be a Disney shuttle, private shuttle, ART or you can board an OCTA as well.
Again, it depends upon where you are staying exactly.

I must go now, hopefully I have been able to be of some assistance tonight. I will continue to do so tomorrow. Which it almost is, here in California.

Buenos Noches! Mi amigas......

Yikes! Maybe not a good idea there? What was so bad about it?

There were a few probs with the room...but my largest problem was the snotty staff when we reported the problems.

When I reported that something had leaked from the bathroom ceiling and that the top towel in the stack in the bathroom was wet and brown. (thought they would want to know they had a leak) Here is what the girl at the front desk said and I quote "The other towels were OK right? Then get over it"
Also be aware the beds are not queen they are full size which feels really small if your bed at home is bigger.

Yeah, that doesn't sound too fun. I am kind of looking at the Super 8 on Katella now. It's $45 a night. And the reviews on trip advisor seem to be pretty decent. Would cost us less than $250 to stay there.

We have looked at that one for October too. Heck all we ever do at the hotel is shower & sleep.

Yeah, that's all we do too. Luxury is not a big deal to us. As long as it's clean and the beds are decent, we don't really care. And you can't really beat that price, and it's not that far of a walk. I think it might top our list right now.

I checked what 4 nights at PPH would be out of curiosity....$1000 for 4 nights! :scared1: Mind you, that was for November, cause they won't let me look past Dec. But I can't see it being much different for Feb.

Wow, it is past 1:30...I think I have been too interested in sleeping spots for DL that I completely forgot about sleeping tonight! I better get to bed. Goodnight! :)

Normally yes, less pricey to book Monday - Thursday. Unless it is a holiday.
Now what are the dates that you are thinking of Andrea and Michelle?

Gisele,

The only thing I know as far as dates is that it will be in 2012, and late 2012 at that.

Good Morning All!!

Today dawned bright and sunny. The rain was away all of the grime and dirt that it brought in the first place.

I was considering the Super 8 for my Aug trip...do you know how far of a walk it is?
We stayed at this place on Ball Rd last year, right past the Starbucks.
I am thinking, based on maps I have seen, that the walk will be similar to that.

But I did find $92 a night rooms at Del Sol....I have never stayed there but I might consider paying more to be directly across the street from DLR. & compared to other hotels around it, that was pretty cheap!

Wow ya'll got a bit of chatting done last night, huh?
No kidding :rotfl: I only found it this morning and already several pages in.

Happy Thursday, heading into a very busy weekend and week. :goodvibes for my sanity! And oh, in case I don't pop in before, :goodvibes and prayers for a job interview on Tuesday :)

Good Morning Everyone! It's a Brand New thread! Hopefully I can keep up since its new!

You can do it. ;) I kind of gave up on following every single page/post or I'd never make it work. I'll just keep up with whatever is being discussed in the present.

:goodvibes Hey T!

Hey! :flower3:

I agree. Paula, if you're reading this, just jump in on whatever page it's on! Sometimes I go back pages and read, sometimes I don't. It's all good :goodvibes

Haha, yeah, I started asking about hotels, and it kind of went on for a while.

The Del Sol doesn't sound bad. $92 is really good. I don't know if anything can sway me from Super 8's $44 though! If you look at google maps, its not much farther of a walk than say HoJo. Maybe a bit, but not a lot.
