Dropping in again! It seems I never have time to on the DIS

In job news, I passed the oral boards and now move on to a selection interview at the end of the month - which decides whether you move on to background/polygraph. Still chugging away at the process, it is nerve-wracking to say the least.

I should be sneaking in a little DL trip, have a family reunion/BBQ to attend in Glendale/Burbank next weekend so gotta take advantage of the AP, right? I don't think I could stand not being so close to DL and not drop into the park

I don't think I could take it being so close to DLR and not stop in for a quick visit. Having an AP is amazing! I remember on my last visit, the morning we were supposed to be leaving, after my friends' tickets all expired, I still had my AP, so I just popped in to DCA while they were all getting ready & packing and ate some breakfast and did a little shopping. It was so fun and relaxing. Everyone was rushing to TSMM and I was just taking it easy with my tea.

Well here it is post #2000...We are getting ready to snuggle up with Colton and a bowl of popcorn and watch Finding Nemo...Gotta love Friday nights with a 6 year old. Especially this time of year with the whole "It is bedtime" "but it's light outside still" debate. It is 949pm and it has only been dark for about 40 minutes.

I am okay I guess. Steph went and got a tattoo to honor Kathy earlier. It is of a lilac.

I have the room paid for I just am not decided on a date. If I get the sneak peek then my husband Scotty and I will head down for a couple of nights. If not then I will save the room for a little while.


I think it may take a bit longer than this weekend. My sister died last Monday plus there were other things that went on so it unfortunately isn't a quick fix.


I am sorry that you had a long week at work that is rough.
