So...do you only eat turkey at Thanksgiving or do you eat it all year round?
I was watching the Today show yesterday and they had a segment on cooking turkey. The host said something along the lines of, "Since most people only eat turkey at this time of year, cooking one can be very intimidating."
I thought that was weird because we eat turkey once every couple of months or so--usually when I find one on sale.

but on TG we must have one!
Oh, absolutely. That's why I eat pumpkin pie, too. For the vitamins.
