Hey, I didn't want anyone to think I was forgetting y'all, so I just wanted to pop in and say hello! I will have to catch up on replying tomorrow or Sunday. Mike and I have been cleaning up the house all day because his parents are coming in from TX to visit next weekend.

I will try to get an update in Sunday. Tomorrow I have to wake up at the crack of dawn so I can be at the hairdresser's 35 miles away at 7 AM. My cousin is getting married on a cruise ship so we have to be on the boat by 10:30 AM and the wedding doesn't happen til 1:30. At least we get lunch. I'm definitely stopping for coffee in the AM.
After that's all said and done, we are meeting my other cousin--and our friend whom she's now dating (I've mentioned them before)--in New Orleans (we'll already be there) because she just turned 21 and we're celebrating with her. She makes me feel so old We're going to eat at Red Lobster and then taking her to the casino for her first time. I'm only taking in $20.00 Maybe I will win big and make a Christmas trip to Disney at the Grand Floridian!

You and Dan (Fauntleroy) are being slackers. I was gone for a couple of days, and didn't miss any updates on either of your threads (and Carla was slacking off a little too...she only posted one update during my absence). Do you guys have lives or something? There's just no excuse. J/K!

I guess you weren't cursed with OCD like me. I couldn't stand to go more than half a day without posting an update back when I was doing my trip report...LOL!

BTW, my kids are still disappointed that you didn't borrow them to take along on your trip. Well, Andrew doesn't even know what a "trip" is yet, and Austin didn't even know you were seeking kids to borrow for your trip, so no need to feel guilty.

Speaking of Andrew, he got his first haircut yesterday. I posted pics on my thread:

Don't EVER get married on a cruise ship. It was crazy...we didn't get on the ship til an hour before the wedding...my poor cousin had to do her makeup, get her dress on, and do a pre-bridal interview for her wedding video. Me and her MIL had to get dressed too...all in that itty bitty cabin. I could have strangled the people from customs for not letting anyone on the ship earlier!
