A trip 3 years in the making PTR

We are finally home. This will be a very short trip report.
We left Friday September 6th. Drove to Kansas City and flew up to Calgary, Canada. Spent a week dealing with estate, funeral, cleaning out MIL's house, and all that stuff. Friday Sept 13th flew back to Kansas City through Denver. Ended up with 2.5 hours in delays, so we actually arrived in at KC at 1am. Went to the hotel I had already booked. Moved a few things around in the luggage, but tried to get 3 hours sleep before our 5am wake up call and return to the airport. Caught the 6:50am flight direct to Orlando. Luckily most of us slept on the flight so that helped.
Checked In at Disney to start our magical vacation. Room wasn't ready, but they switched us to one that was. Building 16 at Caribbean Beach. Room had a musty mildew smell, but after a few complaints they put in a dehumidifier that took care of the the worst of the smell. A bit of a walk, but we were on the first floor. Saw lots of lizards, squirrels, ducks and even a baby snake.
Loved the pool, loved the parks, loved the MNSSHP. We did end up taking an extra morning off on Thursday and changed our plans to HS morning and EP Evening on the Friday. Great vacation and it was so neat to see the magic through my DS's eyes. He loved the barnstormer and rode it 8 times in a row at the MNSSHP. Also loved Buzz Lightyears Space Ranger Spin.
Saturday the 21st, we got up had a leisurely breakfast, used up 4 of our remaining 7 meal credits. Packed, Checked our luggage, went back to OPR picked up lunch to go and used our remaining snack credits. Flew home to KC and then drove back to AR. Exhausted, but had a great vacation.
Got home about midnight to discover a very nasty house. Pets had been let into the bed rooms and they had left little presents for us. Fridge which was acting up just before we left died and the friend I had asked to empty it out didn't. So I have 2 weeks worth of mold inside the fridge and freezer. Food that could have been eaten will now be thrown out.
But despite the house disaster I'm finally home and got to sleep in my own bed. I will be doing a unpacking and major house cleaning today while my DD madly tries to get school work done.
