Thank you so much for this suggestion! I set up a dining alert for 3 for CRT instead of 2 and was able to get a 6:50pm reservation for Dec 2 last night! Should I call and ask if they can change that to 2 this far in advance or will they tell me that would essentially cancel my ADR for 3 and that there is no availability for an ADR for just 2? Should I just keep it for 3 until I check in with only 2? Will they refund that 3rd person at CRT since I have to pay in advance?

Last year I had 5 people show up to my reservation instead of 6 at crt. They refunded me for the person who did not show up. At the end of the meal the waiter told me the amount would be refunded to my Visa card.

I just did it about a week ago and no card yet but I see the $30 point reward in the app right away. Looks like as long as I have the app I’ll be good?

You don’t need a Landry’s card to take advantage of the gift card deal

Join the Landry's Club. They will seat you anytime without a reservation!

There have been multiple reports of people being turned away with just the card because of limited seating as it is. I would not count on the card to get you in if no ADRs are available until capacity increases.

For the Landry’s restaurants, is the T-Rex one considered popular to the point theyve said no to seating guests with the card? I’m not familiar with how big of a draw that is compared to say Yak and Yeti.

What’s wild is that for December, at least Christmas/NYE, they’ve extended park hours but haven’t extended dining yet. How much money and hassle they could have saved by at least extending those hours now and giving us glitch people first dibs.

Kinda tacky IMO that people are getting gift cards and still calling to complain/demand their reservations back. We lost Christmas Day and Christmas Eve so I get it, but it’s not the end of the world and I’m sure something will come through.

No extended hours for NYE, yet. All extended hours end as of 12/30.
