If you are asking whether you will see the character of Tinkerbell at WDW, the answer is no. You will see a ton of Tinkerbell merchandise, but Tink is never seen in person other than the slide down from the castle prior to the fireworks at MK.

Yes the only time Tinkerbell is seen is for Wishes flying from the castle.

Well, she does fly around Tinkerbell's Treasures gift shop, but she's so small she looks like a little light . . . .

And sometimes she can be seen if you peek through the keyhole in the dresser drawer at Tink's shop!
