We've only done one sit down meal during this trip and it was a disappointment. I had hoped to like breakfast at the Kona Cafe as much as I liked dinner during a previous visit. I had tonga toast and it was ok - but way too sugary for me, and there was too much banana making it mushy in the middle. I came away wishing I had eaten some protein and way less sugar.
I did, however, have a great meal tonight - the beef sub at Beaches & Cream. It was kind of like a Philly Cheese Steak. I had it without the peppers. It's simple, but it really hit the spot - not too heavy or fatty, but tasty. I got it with fruit and they bring a small dish of beef juice. That's something I'll come back for.
