Sounds like your shower was a lot of fun-- I understand not getting pictures. When you're the guest of honor, you don't have to be the photographer!! That luggage set is terrific-- perfect for Disney!

Ok, so as you get to know me more and more you will come to know that I am very indecisive and particular. Which drives my friends nuts!!! But, ok, so my wedding gown that I picked out months ago, well, I never picked it up because something about it was just not sitting well with me. I mean I know it looked gorgeous. But there was one dress that I was in love with. Well, they didn't sell it in the stores when we were looking, only online. Well, I was too nervous to buy it online, I wanted to try it on first. Ok, so why is it then that, that is the ONLY dress that I want. So, I was ready to order it online. I go online and ........ It's discontinued. NO LONGER AVAILABLE online either. I call the store and they are willing to start calling around the country. Somebody may have this dress in a size 10 in there store still. So, she figures she'll start with the one that is a few cities away. And by that I mean 20 min away from my house, not far, so I figured, there's no way, my luck doesn't run that way...usually. But, by golly it was there in a 10, but in ivory. Oh, I don't care, i'll take it. So they're holding it and Nicole and I are going down tonight and i'm going to try it on and buy it. HOPEFULLY. wouldn't that stink if I tried it on and it didn't look right. Oh, good golly!!!!! I'm also hoping it fits perfect. I am an 8, but I have gained some weight and they said that dress does run small, so with that, i'm hoping it's simply perfect. I HOPE!!!!

And as i'm typing this, the lady from where we're having our ceremony and reception just called to set a date for me and Manny to go down and figure out all of the details with her. THAT"S EXCITING. That means it's really close. We're going down in a few weeks. June 12! She wanted to do it earlier, but I didn't know what we were doing Memorial day weekend, so we may end up calling her back and saying May 29 is good. And she will be away the week of June 4th. I'd like to do it earlier, just to be more excited

OMG PAM!!! I am soooooo excited about your dress!!! I can't wait to see the pics of it! You only get married once (ok fine, in my case it's twice --- but I really don't consider the first one much of a marriage..... )!! If the first one wasn't sitting well with you, well then there is something not quite right and I'm very proud that you've gone with your gut feeling. Who cares if it is ivory?? With your skin tone, it's going to be perfect!! Heck, some people are questioning my wearing white.......I say "get over it people, it's MY wedding"! Wow.....your wedding is coming right up. Isn't it wonderful??? I still don't know if my dress will fit and my mother is driving me CRAZY with the whole thing.....she keeps telling me that I'll never get it altered, that it's too much work for me, and I won't be able to do it....then she's like, "let me buy you your dress". NO, NO, NO!!! I know that may sound horrible, but she will not control what I wear! I know that's not how she means it, but that's how I feel. When I'm ready to admit defeat, I will. I'm just not ready yet.

Are you working tonight? I'm just trying to figure when I should be looking for the pics of the dress.

Oh, the dress shopping sounds FUN! Karen and I have a good friend who's getting married in September (a week before my trip!!) and we went dress shopping with her last week. It was SO. MUCH. FUN. And when you have the right dress you'll KNOW there won't be an doubts.

Thanks for all of the well shopping wishes!! You guys must have sent me pixie dust! Listen to this. So I try on the dress and.......... It's not right, it's just not right Well, I went to the racks while Nicole sat with the girls and the nice lady helping me picked one out for me.

I LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT!!!!! I only have pics on my phone right now, so tomorrow morning as soon as I bring the girls to school I will take it back out of the bag and get some pics and put them right HERE!!!!

I really couldn't believe it when the other one didn't look great. I was like "this cannot be happening" I then couldn't believe I found another one that I loved in less than an hour. This lady was extremely helpful and very honest!!! She gets a from me.

First off, my ticker is under 4 months!!!

Second, here is the dress.

I love how it falls on me, it's so pretty!!!! I am very happy with it. It's a halter top and I need to get the back of it taken in a little, it hangs a bit. I also need to get the bottom hemmed and the sides taken........ out a little I'm gonna go on a mad diet for the next 2 weeks though and see if that helps. I really lose and gain weight so quick, so if i'm good, it may work. If not, the lady said that this dress was made to be taken out, so that would be easy. Excellent! SOLD!!!!!
A friend at work knows a seamstress, so he said as soon as I buy my dress to let him know and he'll get me her phone number! But, like I said, I wanna wait a few weeks to see what i'm going to do with the sides of the dress. I couldn't go a size up though, that was too big!

So in my May 17 day, I had said that would be our last Disney sleep, but alas, I got confused, we still had one more day which was the 18, duh, we didn't leave until the 19th!!!

BACK TO EPCOT!!! THIS DAY, YESTERDAY!!!

It started raining on the way to epcot, we put our ponchos on and got ready to take on the world! We stopped at innoventions first for some cool things!

We then went on to tour the world showcase

Ok, so our first epcot day was when I though me, emily and lizzie ran back for the umbrella, I was wondering why the pics weren't making sense. Because it was this night!!!!!

Our last day in Disney! Our plane was leaving Orlando at 8:45pm, which I don't think i'd do again, too long of a day to then have to get on a plane. Maybe if the weather was good, we would have enjoyed it though.

We were off to MK!!!

Ok, so we woke up with these sad looking "things"

We hung out for a few minutes and checked our luggage in with whoever it is that holds it for you

Now, Manny was feeling better today, luckily, because other than coming with us he would have had to just go sit in the lobby or food court. I did feel bad we had to drag him around in the rain though. We stopped as soon as we got into Magic Kingdom for a poncho for him and a few news ones, some were destroyed.
We ate breakfast at the Main st bakery

And then went to the Laugh Floor. Too cute!!! Very funny!!

Then, back to the Haunted Mansion!!!

Liz had been wanting popcorn, so to the popcorn stand

We decided to go back to the hotel, Manny was not doing great in the rain, and me and the kids were finally sick of it too! We went back to the hotel and were not hungry yet so we had ice cream.

Anthony went to the arcade for a while. Then we went to play outside

Then back in for lunch and to stack up on snacks

Then we were on our way to the airport.

When we got there, I remember feeling a little relieved to know I was going home. I was so sick of being wet! We went into this little candy store and got a crap load of sour patch kids.

It was a nice end to the vacation, honestly. If we weren't so sick of the weather for the past few days I probably would have been severely depressed to come home. So it worked well!

Well, it's a rainy day here, and I wish I could just hang around all day. But, gotta go get Sam soon and then get ready for work early because I have to be at the school by 1:45. Lizzie has a performance at 2:00pm. Usually when they have them towards the end of the school day we get to take them home early, which would be nice, because I would grab Emily too! They usually get out at 3:20pm!

I just keep looking at the time today and thinking about what we were doing on our last Disney day exactly 1 year ago. I think we were probably at Monster's inc laugh floor at this time! Oh, we were SO WET!!!! And it was warm out of course, but as we would go in and out of the AC we were so cold. I do not wish days of rain on anyone for their Disney trips!! I'm hoping for the best weather in September!! I can't complain though because we had a wonderful week, with plenty of nice HOT days!!!
