A SPECIAL THANKYOU TO SUCH A THOUGHTFUL FELLOW DIS'ER (long)

I had posted a couple weeks ago about my truck being "attemptedly" stolen from my work parking lot. They didn't get the truck.....but inside were my keys (I know....I don't leave them in the vehicle anymore!)...and the "theives" took my keys.

It wasn't the actual keys I was upset about but I collected keychains from over the past many many years! They were gone!!! They all had such a special meaning to me. I actually could care less if they took the truck.....just not my key chains!!!!

Anyway...I received a pm not too long after my post...as she too, collected keychains and understood how upset I was........

THANKYOU MERIWEATHER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Meriweather was so....so thoughtful to send me a bunch of keychains to start up my collection again!!!!!! They are from various places.....and SO COOL!!! I love them all......they are from:
Las Vegas
Hawaii
A tinkerbell DL one
Alaska
Seattle
Salt Lake City
Walt Disney Studios (my favorite one)
AND the "official" DIS board one

My friends and family were, needless to say, very surprised that someone I don't know would actually do this for me!!!! I have always tried to explain these boards to them...and I don't think they ever "got it"...I think now they know why I am always talking about the DIS!!!!!!

It just made my day when I got that package in the mail!!!!!

Most of the keychains came from my collection box that I keep for exchanges....except I did give Lisa mine from Maui and had DD pick me up another

and Lisa, I will keep that BBQ in mind if I am ever in your area

Awww, that is so nice. Disers can be that way.

I expressed interest in a certain antennae topper that I couldn't find, and lo and behold, it arrived in my mail box from a very thoughtful Diser (the queen of toppers, if you know who I mean). It came with a few other toppers that I didn't even say I wanted. It was a very thoughtful gesture, and my husband was so surprised when I opened the package. He wanted to know what I owed, and I said nothing. I get to meet this wonderful Diser next week on my trip to WDW, and I am soo excited. I just want to say, "Thank you!" in person.
