Great update! I am finally getting caught up on my reading. This week has been super hectic.

I will have to admit, I got butterflies in my stomach with your pictures when you were driving under the MK signs to go to the Poly. I completely forgot that we will get to do that this summer ! We have never driven to WDW when we stayed on property so that will be super exciting ! Oh, I can hardly wait. We reach the 4 month mark tomorrow!

The Poly looks fabulous! Congrats on the great room location! Don't you just love when that magic happens!

I can't wait to hear your reviews of T-Rex. I still have one ressie to make and was thinking about that for Jeremy.

Unfortunately, my vision of magically pulling into the Poly, happy children exiting from the car, slowly and surely making our way into the majestic Poly, soaking up all the sights, sounds, and smells, was tragically not what was going to happen, as, if you recall, I had an 8 year old boy in the backseat who was about to wet his pants. So instead we pulled up to the valet and I jumped out, opened the back door and raced inside with all 3 kids...

I'm laughing because this is just SO real life!!

Yeah, yeah, lady….just show me the map and tell me where we are going to be living for the next week!!!

Eventually, she started....

Yay for an Awesome room location. We had 3610 and 3611 on our trips to Poly. I love Samoa longhouse. SO I guess your room was nice and clean upon check in?? Remember in 2007 we were given a nasty room and changed rooms and then the next one was only a little better. LOL that hubby took two drawers and then was done packing in like 2 minutes. They are always done first and then announce it too, don't you love that I loved reading about your arrival, so exciting when you check in and have a whole week of Disney ahead of you!! Looking forward to hearing about T Rex.

Super view!!!!! You make me want to try Poly out sometime. The details you give in your reports make me giggle. I don't remember much! I get sad looking back at my pictures of our resort. How about you? I can't wait to read more and hear all about your trip. He he he.

Hi Sara! Just found your TR today and really enjoying it!! Your children are adorable and I love the pictures of them opening up the surprise and how in each picture it showed their excitement! The Poly is my dream resort and it looks like you had an AWESOME room location too! We are staying at POFQ on our trip next month but I did book lunch at Kona!!! So I will at least get to explore it a bit and make DH fall in love with it enough to hopefully stay there next time!! Looking forward to the next update!!

I remember that from your report, Nichole! I did definitely look around the room to make sure it looked ok and it did. One little spot of wallpaper coming loose on the wall and a couple of rings on the marble countertops (why do people do that, anyway? I mean they leave the little coasters there for a reason! LOL!) All in all, when you consider how much turnover those rooms get, I hear more positive than I do negative regarding mousekeeping.

I get a little sad too, Monica. It's the not knowing when we will be back that gets me more sad. I hate to think about how much older my kids will be when we get back. You should try out the Poly sometime!

Thanks Beth! The Poly has been my dream resort too, and it didn't disappoint! We love Kona!! Any place where I can get a big old drink in a pineapple is a-ok with me! It's very easy to fall in love with the Poly!!

Seeing the pictures of the kids in front of the waterfall in the lobby put a smile on my face. I remember getting a lot of wedding pictures taken right in that same spot and remember an older man coming over and singing to me while playing his Ukulele as I was posing for my pictures. It was a little intimidating having everyone walk through the doors and stare at me though. ((I guess secretly I loved it. )) So looking at your pictures are bringing back lots of wonderful memories. THANK YOU!

Oh, wow! I can imagine it was an amazing place to get married! The sounds, the smells, the atmosphere, it's all so lovely! Glad the pics could bring back some fond memories of that day!

Thanks! Tokelau looks like a great longhouse - that extra square footage was definitely a big plus for me and part of the reason for requesting it! But for a girl who got NONE of her requests filled, I couldn't have been happier though! Samoa turned out to be absolutely WONDERFUL!!

Loved that bellman - he was so funny and pleasant! A great way to start our Poly experience!

You're gonna love taking the family. I loved our couples trip but I did get a little sentimental on our last day when I saw all the families having fun together, so I couldn't wait to get back there with everyone!
