After reading a few horror stories, how close to your vacation do you confirm cabin reservations, dining reservations? Do you call resort to confirm? Do you confirm more than one time? Just having a little anxiety:rolleyes: Thanks!

I've never called the resort once I've received my confirmation. However, I have seen some posts about the dates not being the same when people showed up at check in. Might pay to fax a room/or loop request with the dates of your reservation. It seems that some people do that a few days prior to arrival. As far as the restaurants...we did the meal plan for the first time last year, and had ADR's for each day. Happy to report no problems with those at all.:thumbsup2

With my reservation, I always get a link so I can look at it online. Just check your reservation there and make sure it is correct. No worries.

My ressies for this 4th of July were messed up and by chance I looked at my confirmation and saw it. Good thing I did because the closer 4th of July get's that is a hard date to find. I print the confirmation out when I get the email and double check it always.

in addition to all that's been said already, 5 days out, you can call the resort directly and make requests and such.

Don't panic! It will all be ok!:goodvibes

Thanks for the advice and reassurance! I know snafu's can happen and want to prevent them, if possible, as this is a much needed family vacation!
