A silly ?

I read these boards daily and don't believe I have seen this question addressed, so please forgive me if this has already been asked...

When you disembark from the ship do you go back thru the terminal? I have seen the pictures of the ship model in the terminal and I think our 3 yr old DGD would appreciate looking at the model even more AFTER the cruise. We could show her places she had just been and the whole model would make much more sense to her. If you do not go back thru the terminal is there anyway we could walk back inside following the cruise or can only ticketed passengers get in?

I am pretty sure you don't go back through the terminal. You go down some escalators to customs and then right outside.

Just got off the Wonder on 02/19...and I had to actually think a minute about this question. I remember getting on the ship but don't remember much about getting off (because I didn't want to)Isn't that a funny answer?

Anyhow...unfortunately you do not go back through the terminal where the ship model is. You do go downstairs to customs and get your luggage, etc. I don't think they would let you back into the terminal. Not sure.....worth asking I guess?

As has been mentioned you do disembark downstairs to customs and to get your luggage; however, you come out exactly where you dropped your luggage off on the first day. (Assuming you drove of course.) We had to return a rental wheelchair to the terminal and were allowed back in to do so as well as to use the restrooms while we waited for DH to return with the rental car. It was early enough still that they knew we had disembarked and were not trying to check in for the next cruise so they did not have a problem with us going back in.

lotsofboys, do you think the "I've gotta PEE really BAD" ploy will work to get us back inside?

When we disembarked from the 2/7 cruise I actually took the time to look around the luggage area....they have beautiful murals on all the walls that I would have loved to have taken pictures of....BUT THERE ARE BIG SIGNS THAT SAY ABSOLUTELY NO PHOTOS TO BE TAKEN IN THIS AREA!!!

Next time you are picking up your luggage, stop and admire the beautiful murals on the walls!!!
