Any of the managers you contact will leave you a message if you're not there. I dealt with three different ones arranging the diver/menu for my DH's bday in Oct. Everyone was wonderful and professional. Give them a couple of days sometimes if you've left them a message. I dealt with Reginald, Alecia (?) and Yolanda I think.
