Bought resale through the TSS. Everything went without a hitch, until the seller seemed to be slow in getting final docs back to the closing company. Normally not a big deal, but there are points expiring soon that I had planned on using. Sent an email to Jerry at TTS last night at about 11:00 pm asking him to help me out by contacting the seller. He called me at 9:00 am today and had already discussed it with the seller. Very rapid response and resolution. I am impressed by the customer service that I received from the TSS and thought I should give them and Jerry some public kudo's!!!
