A Sad Situation but Some Pro Disney Planning Advice Needed

They are debating between a place called Caribe Royal (I've seen the signs for it but don't know much about it) and the All Stars/Pop Century.

Caribe Royal gets good reviews in the Orlando Hotels forum, and I believe it has no hidden fees, although for that price I think they could find a better deal. But staying in condos the way we do gives me a skewed perspective on that front. And I know hotwire sometimes had good deals there, if they are familiar with that.
