a review for the boring eaters at disney!!!

I know disney has some great fancy ts at disney but that was not what me and the family was looking for. We are more the steak and fries/ burger type eaters and had some great dinners at disney!!!! We only had great experiences on the dining plan and wish i could do it one more time b-4 the 2008 changes go into effect. We had dinner at The plaza. Burgers and chicken sandwiches, everything was great from the service to the food. They have great ice cream for dessert and the view of the parade out the window was nice also. Wolfgang pucks was very nice. Had pizza and wolf-fredo. The server here knew we we on the dining plan and was overly nice to us to help us with our night. Couldn't have asked for anything more!!! Le cellier for lunch, no review needed here, we all know that this place is usually a home run. Planet Hollywood, seen alot of poor reviews for this place and was concerned, had a great dinner here, great dessert, great service and apps. I think some of the poor reviews come from people who are eating fine dining and the heading over to planet hollywood. But for my plain jane dining styles for me and my family, we all loved our meals. 2 breakfast, cape may and crystal palace. I wasn't expecting much other than a buffet with piglet and poo but i was very surprised. Crystal palace was amazing. The food was hot and tasty, i loved the huge selection. If you ask me, this is a do not miss for my future trips!! Now remember, if you are looking for gourmet dining, my reviews are most likely off the mark. But for the boring eaters like my family....I loved all my ts meals and was very happy that i paid for the ddp on my 8 night trip!!!!

Thank you for posting your review. While it may not be what most of the obsessed foodies that frequent this board are looking for--it definitely is needed. It gives me ideas for helping my sister plan her next WDW vacation. She is like you. I planned her meals at places like Tutto Italia, Le Cellier, ect. and her favorite place was Cosmic Rays! (At Tutto Italia she requested an adult portion of the kids spaghetti and meatballs!) She leaves the planning to me, so for her next vacation I am going to try to get her into some of the more basic fare places. I think she will be much happier!
