A reason to love Airtran......

I know flight changes can be frustrating with Airtran, but those flight changes can also work in your favor. Here is what I was just able to accomplish.

They have moved my departure flight twice and my return has also changed.

I moved my late afternoon departure to the first one out in the morning. Including a connection in Atlanta, we will be arriving in Orlando 7 hours earlier! YAY! It was a non-stop, but I don't mind connecting to get to MCO in the am.

I was able to move the return flight to the same flight the next day as well. So we now arrive 7 hours earlier and get to stay a day longer! YAY!

All of this at no charge since it was Airtran who made the changes. The flight down moved about a half hour earlier and the flight home also about a half hour earlier...... their customer service is very willing to work with you.

I just wish they would change my Cancun flight....

Yep!! Love those free flight changes! My flight changed on the return will allow me to stay an extra day. I chose to come home earlier because the price doubled the next day. Now I can change to the pricier flight and not have to pay the difference!
