A quick request for my 1 year old today!

Hi all you wonderful designers! I have a last minute request for my little guy who is turning 1 year old today. I apologize for the urgentness of this request, but I had a dream last night of a shirt that I would LOVE for him to wear for his 1 year portraits today. Hopefully I can explain it. His eyes light up whenever he sees Mickey Mouse, so I was thinking a big 1 that is filled in with a Mickey, much like the names that a lot of you make. With maybe some of the celebration ballloons around it? Someone had designs like this, with tiny pictures around the main one, but I have looked at so many, I can't remember who it was!!! If anyone can whip this up super quick for me today, you would sure make a little boy and his mommy VERY happy!!!
