We are flying out tomorrow for WDW and I have a quick packing question. My children are sharing a carry-on filled with snacks, Gameboys, books, and mp3 players. Do they need to take out all of the electronics to pass through security, or can they just leave them in the duffle bag?

TIA for any help!:)

Hi, As long as the BAG can fit thru the x-ray machine you should be able to leave everything inside. They will tell you if they need to open your bag. Only computers need to go thru x-ray out of their bag. Have a GREAT trip!! Joan

I'm flying down in May and i had a question, i usually just take my digital camera but this yr i wanna take a water camera for TL for the shark dive thing should i pack it or carry on, i couldnt remember which one they "took the film out" if anyone knows thanks!!

Carry it on. If it's a single-use camera, the film speed is either 200 or 400 and it can go through the scanner with no problem. If your film is 800 or 1600 speed, you probably want to (a) not load it in the camera until you get to Orlando and (b) have it hand-inspected.

in either case, very important to *never* pack unprocessed film in checked baggage at all. it *will* be destroyed.
