A quick hello and check-in!

Hi everybody!

I haven't been around as much as I should have. I'm still doing well on program, except for this past weekend. I had a little barbeque at home on the 4th, just Lisa (my fiancée) and I, and ate way more than I should have!

The same thing happened on Sunday. Lisa's family was in from out of town, so we had another barbeque on Sunday! But, I've been good in getting back on track.

But the reason I haven't been here as much as I should is because Lisa is studying for the New York bar exam, and I've pretty much taken on everything so she can study. I cook, clean, food shop, take care of the dogs, drive her to school. Don't get me wrong! I'm not at ALL complaining! I LOVE being able to help her, I just miss all of you guys!

Her friend is car pooling her today, so I had a bit of extra time to say hi to everybody, and now I'm off to give the apartment it's weekly cleaning!

I read the check-in thread, and you all are doing great! And to the Tigger who was a WISH dropout, welcome back!!! That's the great thing about WISH. We're always here.

Glad you have just been BUSY BUSY BUSY!!!!! I have missed "seeing" you around. Those cookouts sound awesome! Good for you for enjoying life and getting back on plan.

Lisa is so lucky to have a sweetie like you around to help take care of things while she is studying. Please tell her I said GOOD LUCK! Let us know how it goes, ok?

You and Lisa sound like a pretty good team! It sounds like you're doing a great job of helping her get ready for her exams. And I KNOW you'll let us know how she does just as soon as she gets her results.
