Hello all, just a quick question. My roommate and I are living in Orlando, and looking at visiting London around the end of July or beginning of August, $1,053 is so far the cheapest fair we’ve found. Is this a normal rate for flying or is there a way to find something cheaper? Thanks in advance for any advice and help!

That sounds about right to me, in £s that is almost £600 and I think thats about average for an economy return flight in the Summer.

Its been a while since I flew in the summer though so hopefully someone with first hand experience will be along with some more advise soon.

Hope you have a great trip :)

I'd say that's a pretty good rate for what constitutes summer holidays here in the UK. We were looking at Gatiwck/Orlando flights last August at around £900 ($1800) each. Granted, you are coming the other way but I would say the flight prices you have are pretty reasonable for peak times.

Thanks for the input! I totally spaced that it would be during the 'summer', I guess we'll have to see if we can afford that, or if we need to go during another time of the year. Again, thank you both!
